Let's hear it!
It's just AMAZING to me how CRAVINGS/TRIGGERS/IMPULSES come out of nowhere and can send you spiraling OUT OF CONTROL. That WAS me for the last 2 hours. I went from happy go luck sipping on my morning protein, to a RAVING lunatic who was hell bent on eating some CRAP for the sake of eating it. I was about to go downstairs to the "honor" store and grab some **** Then I was about to see what dessert one of the sections brought in (those *****member my DONUT Thursdays). Then I was going down to the "roach coach" and ordering some eggs & bacon BUT the more I thought about it I felt if I went down there I would end up eating a high carb breakfast burrito, NOT good.
So what did I do you ask? I teared up because I felt OUT OF CONTROL . I sat and thought about things I COULD control. So I balanced my checkbook. I wrapped up a couple things on my desk. I posted on FB and got support. And last but NOT least I was STILL. I decided NOT to eating ANYTHING until I figured out what was going on. I did NOT want to make ANY decision as it related to food until this feeling past. Elina was in my head REMINDING me that if I'm hungry it's OK because I will NOT starve to death. It's such a SMALL thing but hunger is a HORRIBLE feeling, but we will NOT starve and we need to remember to STOP and get a HOLD of our emotions and THEN act. So the result is I'm ready to post my menu.
B: Protein Shake (1 cup Almond Milk; Protein Powder)
S: Coffee w/optifiber
L: Chicken Vegetable Soup
S: Sunflower Seeds
D: Eggs; Amylu's Chicken Burger
Water: 8/16
Vitamins: On Track
Exercise: N/A

Im having a mini meltdown today too. But shhhhshhh, dont tell Jenn on me! I dont think I'll post my melt down :-p;
