I'm having one of those days that I like to call a "quarter life crisis" moment.  A day where I'm about to have a mental breakdown and/or cry for hours because I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING WITH MY LIFE.  I'd love to eat my feelings but I'm really trying to stick to the planned food I brought today (also, I'm too poor until payday to spend my money on ANYTHING).

B: one finn crisp cracker with ultra thin provolone (sargento) and 6 turkey pepperonis

S: TJ's brie wedge with another finn crisp cracker

L: leftover tamale casserole...I ate the whole piece including the cornbread bottom over a matter of an hour so I guess I really did eat my feelings...

D: heading to mom's tonight and dad is making chicken cutlets.  FML.

S: SF popsicles, lots of them

Fluid: ok

Vits: ok

X: NO

thanks dear.  It did a little bit and I didn't stuff my face too terribly in the process so I guess that's a win!! lol

Busy day on the go today. Good thing I had some Quest bars and a banana with me.

B: Quest bar
S: inside of a grilled chicken snack wrap from McDonalds
L: Quest bar
S: light caramel frappuccino and later a small banana
D: breakfast for supper (Making eggs, sausage and blueberry pancakes for the kids. I'll have an egg, turkey sausage link and will probably make myself a blueberry silver dollar pancake.)
S: 2% cottage cheese with SF caramel Torani and 1/4 c. blueberries

Liquids: working on it
Vits: done
Exercise: off today

S: 1/2 Atkins Shake - 2 skinny crisps with a tiny dab of peanut butter

L: Shrimp, Tomato & Avocado

S: 1/2 Quest Bar

D: Protein Pancake w/ 1 egg and 1 slice of bacon

Water: Gotta git on it...falling behind!

Vitamins: Done
