Giving myself props because The Varsity food truck is here at work and the hospital is "treating" us to greasy chili dogs, hamburgers, fries and onion rings, but I asked for a salad and light italian dressing. LOL they asked me if I wanted onion rings or fries on the side!
B: vanilla protein shake with coffee, coconut milk and SF chocolate Torani
L: scoop of chicken salad and my Varsity green salad!
S: lean ground beef patty
D: egg salad
Vits still need B complex tonight
Water working on 6 cups in now. Goal is 12
Exercise Boot Camp again tonight. It is working in terms of clothes fitting better. Scale has not dropped but I am convinced I am losing inches.

S: Starbucks "Light Mocha" Frap for Happy Hour at Starbucks (hey, it's better than 3 cadillac margs from El Torito!)
D: not sure but high protein so maybe a shake... cappuccino latte flava flav!!!
