08:30am = 2 Boiled Eggs
11:30am = Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein Powder)
02:00pm = Cilantro Chicken
05:00pm = Cabbage Soup
08:00pm = Chicken Salad

Water:  6/16
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Kettlebells

Giving myself props because The Varsity food truck is here at work and the hospital is "treating" us to greasy chili dogs, hamburgers, fries and onion rings, but I asked for a salad and light italian dressing. LOL they asked me if I wanted onion rings or fries on the side!

B: vanilla protein shake with coffee, coconut milk and SF chocolate Torani

L: scoop of chicken salad and my Varsity green salad!

S: lean ground beef patty

D: egg salad

Vits still need B complex tonight

Water working on 6 cups in now. Goal is 12

Exercise Boot Camp again tonight. It is working in terms of clothes fitting better. Scale has not dropped but I am convinced I am losing inches.

What a healthy choice by the hospital.....just like my internist office's dish of candy (he specializes in diabetes).

Hi Ms. Shell, hope all is well. 

I am feeling all kinds of hot & attractive after seeing that post about A & F's shallow ass (& fugly!) CEO.  It's a great day for surzies!!!

B: 1 slice of reduced fat havart cheese/.5 oz. light salami (had my beloved iced coffee on the way to work)

S: Quest Cookie Dough Bar 

L: Albondigas soup

S: Starbucks "Light Mocha" Frap for Happy Hour at Starbucks (hey, it's better than 3 cadillac margs from El Torito!)

D: not sure but high protein so maybe a shake... cappuccino latte flava flav!!!

Water & Vits are on track

Exercise: I love being able to type something here now...

IKR!! I'm like we are too sexy to wear those fugly arse clothes anyways!! Out of all of the clothes I day dreamed about wearing A & F was NOT 1 of them!!!!

D: crab cake with modified Remoulade  (avocado in place of mayo ) sauce, with baby asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and served with melon balls.

Omg... I love borscht....my mom was Ukrainian/Russian. What is summer borscht?Is that without beef? Is the recipe on your blog? I just had someone else's homemade borscht (no beef) the other day. Swoon!
