B: Iced Click mocha protein coffee made w/ a half cup 2% milk and 8 oz. water
S: Grapes, celery and green pepper sticks, 1 tbsp hummus
L: Quest bar
S: Starbucks tall skinny peppermint mocha
D: Steak and steamed broccoli
S: Raw veggies and hummus
Liquids: Working on it.
Vits: Half done.
Exercise: No.
Im completely exhausted today and.....as par for the course, when I'm exhausted, i'm a bottomless pit. I need sleep!
B: coffee, chike protein shake
S: deli turkey and 1/2 bagel, protein pudding,
L: famous dave's at work: had some salad, plain chicken breast, pulled pork, and about 1-2 tbsp of mash potatos and mac and cheese. Skipped the bread and skipped all the BBQ sauce.
D: who freaking knows but probably spinach/mozzerella chicken sausage since i'm out of the other kind booooo!!
