B: banana nut muffin quest bar
L: had a work lunch today and of COURSE it was pizza. I took the veggie slice, scraped all the toppings off and ate that with some salad and a bite or two of just the crust. Not the best but it's ok, I worked it in.
S: I might have a ham and cheese roll up for extra protein. Also, probably will have my organic popcorn...it's my TOM crunchy snack fix
D: another work function tonight...a Lego themed ****tail party! (I work in children's publishing lol). Not sure what the passed appetizers will be but sometimes they feature shrimp and hummus and other things. I will try to make a meal out of it otherwise I won't touch them and eat leftover tacos when I get home.
S: SF popsicles
Fluid: doing ok!
Vits: one more calcium
X: depending on what time I get home, I may either collapse in my bed or try to make a kickboxing class. After last night's kickboxing class, I may just be floppin on my bed lol

You "can" have anything that you want to have. Some doctor's say no, but ultimately this is YOUR life and in order to be successful you have to find what WORKS for life.
I get my soups from Lindora (either online or at my local RiteAid). Also Unjury has soup, I need to try it again now that I'm further out because initially I didn't like them, but they have WAYYYY more protein then the Lindora and less carbs. And lastly Herbalife has protein soup as well.

water and vitamins are fine, running around and left my water at home, so catching up on way to dentist with kid. Never ends.
