I had my iced coffee on the way to work with my own brewed coffee, Splenda, & 1/2 cup of Hood CC 2% milk!

S: 25 calorie "diet" hot chocolate
L: Chicken Caesar Salad (hold the yummy croutons please!)
S: Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bar (luckily these are not triggering me yet & I am in love with them!)
D: either a cappuccino latte shake or I'll stop by KFC for some grilled chicken, depends how hungry I am!
