I know it well. My son works for a place calles Nunu's in uoungsville. They have placed the last 4 years in the boudin cook off in the top 3. Now I'm hungry lol.

Sorry ms. shell, but more power to you for doing a fast!  I don't think I could do it :)

B: coffee protein shake

L: 1 oz piece of grilled chicken and 1 BH low sodium ham and provolone roll up...I got a little salad from the deli salad bar by work but the dressing tasted like VOMIT.  I didn't know it was already dressed :(  I also scarfed my lunch a bit and now my tummy is GURGLING.

S: pop chips salt and vinegar

D: turkey tacos! 

S: popsicle

Fluids: doing ok

Vits: need one more calcium

X: kickboxing tonight!

  goal!!! August 20, 2013   age: 59  High weight: 345 (June, 2011)  Consult weight: 293 (June, 2012)  Pre-Op: 253 (Nov., 2012) Surgery weight: 235 (Dec. 12, 2012) Current weight: 145

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

S- Premier Protein Drink before workout
