Eek, strayed off my scheduled food last night. Still ate pretty decently, but will stick to my designated menu today.
B: Chike iced coffee protein shake w/ 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, water and SF hazelnut Torani
L: Starkist Tuna Creations in the sweet and spicy flavor
S: Pure Protein bar, later a Starbucks tall skinny peppermint mocha
D: Roasted chicken breast (2.5 oz.) with a steamed veggie
S: Quest cookie dough protein bar
Also maybe some fresh veggies in there somewhere, have had a wicked craving for a fresh tomato or cucumber. That's 860 calories total, not including any extra veggies I might have, and 106 grams of protein.
Liquids: Eh.
Vits: Will take later.
Exercise: Nada.
Summer, I know what you mean about the cucumber and tomato. I craved them last night. Stopped at Publix and got the most beautiful baby butter lettuce, so tender and sweet and precious, vine ripe tomatoes, cuke and green onions. I made small side salad last night with homemade lemon vinaigrette dressing and made another for lunch today. Eating it now. It is so fresh and amazing. I am delighted that I am tempted by this kind of thing and not something else, you know the possiblities.
