Down 140lbs! Progress Photos!

This is a during and a during progress photo.  Photo on left was taken about 1-2 months after surgery at around 280lbs (?) down from 309lbs.  The photo on the right is at 16 months post-op at 169lbs at 5'5", putting me at a 140lb total loss!  Huzzah!

I have a lot of loose extra skin on my arms, stomach, and thighs.  I manage to hide it well in photos.  I assure you, you can grab handfuls of loose flesh all over my body.  It's disconcerting at times but I have to remind myself that I have lost an entire person!  Never a regret...ever.  Best decision in my entire life.  I finally feel like the outside me is matching the inside me.

HW 302 lbs SW  279.8 lbs.  CW  193.8 lbs   MFP Jarabacoagirl  Preop diets 22.2 lbs, 1st month 21.2 lbs, 2nd month 14.6 lbs,  3rd month 11.2 lbs, 4th month 7 lbs, 5th month 7 lbs, 6th month 6.8 lbs, 7th month 5.2 lbs, 8th month 4.4 lbs 9 and 10th months slowed down didn't record exactly

108.2 lbs lost from highest weight!

 (86.2 lbs of that was lost since surgery date)

I do the elliptical and strength training.  Sometimes I go weeks without exercise.  Sometimes I go everyday.  Sometimes I go every other day.  I definitely believe that strength training is one of the most important parts of my exercise routine.
