I don't want to freak you out, but I thought it was bursitis too and did an MRI and it's a herniated and degenerated disc. HUGS. Been to your primary?

Hahaha! I had to go chase down a calendar because I was like "oh **** it's Thursday?!?!?"

B cottage cheese
L barigoodfood's turkey and red beans
D pizza toppings over grilled chicken
S 2 dove dark chocolate mini eggs, jerky or whatever

Water and vitamins are fine
Happy pill - most definiately

Neuro appt went bad. I have two degenerations at L4 and L5 and a herniated disc at L5/S1. Trying injections, likely will do surgery (double fusion FTW) this Summer. FML. Thus, the two pieces of chocolate as my own little "fuck this" moment.

Start working out on saturday at a gym. A very dear friend bought me a 1 year membership when I lost 100 pounds.
