Feel like I was run over by a truck today. I woke up with pink eye (in addition to a cold) and am still recovering from hemorrhoid surgery. Seriously? Is this some sort of cosmic joke?
B: Protein bar
S: Leftover homemade pea soup
L: 0% Chobani with SF blackberry preserves, SF Torani and 1 packet Equal
S: Chike iced coffee protein shake made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and water
D: Boyfriend has Buffalo chicken breast marinating right now, probably will have with steamed broccoli on the side
S: ?
Liquids: Working on it.
Vits: Half done.
Exercise: I've been cleared for "light activity", so I'm going to shoot for 30 minutes of mild cardio and a little bit of upper body strength training.
Feeling like crap today, definitely fighting a cold UGH.
B: one egg over easy and half a piece of toast
L: chicken and rice soup from Dean & Deluca. Ate all the chicken pieces out of it with some of the broth/veggies so not too much rice consumed
S: mixed nuts
D: going to a fancy pants restaurant tonight for husband's birthday. For you foodies out there, I'll be going to Le Bernadin. Top rated restaurant in NYC and I think #5 worldwide. Going to be at least a $400 meal and I probably won't be eating much of anything since I don't like seafood lol. I plan on getting the lamb chops. My husband begged me not to get them because it will "embarrass" him but I'm paying $400 and I want MEAT dammit!
S: a popsicle of some sort
Fluid: not great...I need to get more in, as well as an Emergen-C packet to fight this cold!
Vits: two more calciums

I have no desire to eat right now. Just simplifies my life.
Exercise: as long as my back/hip pain isnt too bad today, I will do some run/walk intervals with my running club tonight. Physical therapy starts tomorrow!

Not totallly sure but I know I have some bursitis in my hip. Not sure what the deal is with my back., I freaking feel like I weigh 400 lbs again. Sucks.
