You need to reverse that mindset, when the scale is a meanie go have a protein shake THEN have your StarBucks.

I have a love/hate affair with protein shakes, wah.  I guess I can go make one now even though I'd rather eat real FOOD.

Thanks Keith!

I could but it totally changes the flavor of my Starbucks iced coffee but really, I have no excuses.  I have brewed my own iced coffee & actually love the Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino Latte protein powder in it.  It had just the right amount of creamy sweetness.  I'll have to drink that tomorrow!!!

Jen when you order your ICED COFFEE how do you ask for it? Do you know the stats on it? I think I might get one in the am

A venti has 45 calories, mainly from the nonfat milk.  It's automatically considered unsweetened coffee when you order it with Sugar Free syrup ... otherwise you have to ask for it unsweetened.  If you don't specify, you will get the sweetened with sugar version!  4 grams of protein & 6 grams of carbs but that's the venti. If you want a smaller version the carbs will be less.  :)
