Over did Easter so taking it easier today...
B- coffee, sf creamer
L- water w/lemon
D- 1.5oz diced ham, 3/4 hard boiled egg, 3/4T mayo, 1/2 tsp mustard, 1/4 c lettuce
S-coffee w/sf creamer, 3 turkey pepperoni slices,

L. 2oz med rare sirloin
1/8 baked potato
S. 1/2 beef jerky stick, Dove dark chocolate square
D. Baked chicken, green beans, 1/4 c mashed potatoes
S. 1/4 c cottage cheese with 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce topped with 1/2 tablespoon flax seed mixed with Splenda and organic cinnamon. Yummy!!

TBH....Having to carb detox from holidays.
