B:  Coffee/ mint cookie syntrax protein shake with i cup of unsweetened coconut milk 

L:  3/4 cup of Elina's tortilla-less soup (YUM) 

S: 1/2 of a quest protein bar and ostrim turkey jerkee

D: two scrambled eggs/ 4 slices of turkey bacon

Vitamins: take at night

Exercise: not happening today, hurt my back on Friday, but I should be ship shape by tomorrow.

I'm back on point. 4/1/13 So I'm back to my roots. LOL

B: Body Fortress Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein with coffee and 6 oz Black Cherry Greek Yogurt (40 gm PRO)

S: Hillshire Farm Turkey Pepperjack Smoked Sausage link (10 gm PRO)

L: 4 oz Baked Turkey (white meat) , 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, tablespoon cabbage

D: 4 oz Turkey and 1/4 cup cabbage

 

Water: so far 32 ounces

My Triple Chocolate Cake was pure heaven and it stayed at my SIL's house - WOOT!

B: Protein coffee shake

L: SCS (Southwestern Chicken SOup - Elina's)

S: SCS - because it tastes awesome

D: maybe ham, or I might make hamburgers, no bun

Exercise: my and my baby girl are going for a walk, spring break. Also planning weight training with the hubster this pm

Saw the heart dr today and I get to try and start weaning myself off of my blood pressure medicine!  Yea!

B:  Pure Protein vanilla creme shake

S:  2 oz steak

L:  2 oz steak/slice of eggplant

D:  soft chicken taco

Water - need to catch up

Vitamins - yep

Exercise - Not tonight!   I have been to the gym 29 out of the past 31 days doing at least something  but now we are going to start going 3-4 days a week and make them really count!  The entire family has been doing this together

B: Click Mocha protein shake

S: Starbuck's Skinny Peppermint Mocha grande

L:  Pure Protein Strawberry Shortcake bar & 1 cheese stick

S:  1 cheese stick

D:  chicken meatloaf experiment 

S: FF cottage cheese or maybe 1 chocolate graham cracker with a teaspoon of creamy peanut butter and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips...maybe both!

Vitamins:  done!

Water:  80oz..20 to go!

D:  ricotta bake with hamburger

s:  decaf coffee with chocolate creamer

Exercise:  walked outside and then had a session with PT

Vitamins:  yes

Howdy,

This is it so far:

1/2 cup of gluten free chex with 1 cup of almond milk

chicken breast with rice and eggplant

1 gluten free cookie

2 rice cakes

I will probably have a hamburger for dinner with some veggies.... 

Snack will be some gluten free ginger snaps

6 glasses of water so far..
