B: Body Fortress Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein with coffee and 6 oz Black Cherry Greek Yogurt (40 gm PRO)
S: Hillshire Farm Turkey Pepperjack Smoked Sausage link (10 gm PRO)
L: 4 oz Baked Turkey (white meat) , 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, tablespoon cabbage
D: 4 oz Turkey and 1/4 cup cabbage
Water: so far 32 ounces
My Triple Chocolate Cake was pure heaven and it stayed at my SIL's house - WOOT!
B: Protein coffee shake
S: ham
L: SCS (Southwestern Chicken SOup - Elina's)
S: SCS - because it tastes awesome
D: maybe ham, or I might make hamburgers, no bun
Exercise: my and my baby girl are going for a walk, spring break. Also planning weight training with the hubster this pm

Saw the heart dr today and I get to try and start weaning myself off of my blood pressure medicine! Yea!

L: 2 oz steak/slice of eggplant

Exercise - Not tonight! I have been to the gym 29 out of the past 31 days doing at least something but now we are going to start going 3-4 days a week and make them really count! The entire family has been doing this together

Howdy,
This is it so far:
1/2 cup of gluten free chex with 1 cup of almond milk
chicken breast with rice and eggplant
1 gluten free cookie
2 rice cakes
I will probably have a hamburger for dinner with some veggies....
Snack will be some gluten free ginger snaps
6 glasses of water so far..
