Happy Monday!!! Well I made my beginning of the month goal (well missed it by .6) but last week when I weighed 217.6 I really didn't think I'd make 213.6 today, especially since I knew I was drinking on Saturday. I must report that that Absolute on ice with a water back and some Mio did the trick. So I made my goal and this coming weekend I will be in San Fran so lots of walking =)

I didn't log my food diary on MFP. I went over calories for the holiday & I made note of that saying I would be back today, fully on track by logging my food to stay accountable.
B: Chike Iced Coffee protein w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 cup water
S: Starbucks Iced Coffee w/SF Vanilla syrup, splash of nonfat milk
L: Egg Salad mashed w/1laughing cow garlic herb wedge (I'll be eating hard boiled eggs all week from Easter!)
See, even I contributed to the Easter Egg Decorations!!! (I know I look like a dork & a hot mess, it was a looong day!)

D: maybe another shake or a prosciutto/light havarti romaine wrap

Easter in an Italian household is always a disaster calorie-wise...I did my best *shrug* lol
B: two slices bacon...the cook in my cafeteria undercooked my eggs WAYYY too much for my liking. Blergh.
L: half a leftover homemade manicotti from yesterday and two teeny tiny pork spiedinis (very thin, small pork roll ups if you will)
S: TJ's brie wedge and two finn crisp crackers...I might switch this to skinny pop...TOM is coming this week! UGH
D: going out to a tapas restaurant with hubby tonight. Love tapas for the small plates concept. I will probably have some kind of chicken or shrimp dish.
S: maybe a Edy's fruit pop, depends on when I get home.
