Yup I'm right here on the computer and NOT running the streets.  Just finished breakfast and will relax a little more before I meet up with Alison before my newest "groupon" class of Kettlebell Kickboxing.  I can't wait to see how many calories I will burn doing this class!!

I'm still in bed but woke about 30 min. ago. I never get to do this! My son is watching a movie on my TV & my daughter is playing with her Barbies. We are all on my bed. I love it! What a great way for me to start my day!
And then I hear you, Ms. Shell ... Getting your workout on. GREAT FOR YOU!!!
I get to see Alison today too & I am sooo excited!! I miss & love her so much!!!

B 1 cup multigrain Cheerios with milk, sugar, and 1/2 banana

S. Oikios yogurt

L. 1 cup progresso lentil soup with 1 slice of rye toast with butter

S. Homemade granola bar

D. about 2 oz meatball with sauce. And a couple of tablespoons of mixed veggies

S. maybe some frozen yogurt

W. 6 cups so far

B: 1/2 scoop of chike coffee protein, 1 scoop Chocolate Truffle protein, 1/2 cup almond milk 3/4 cup water & ice... Yummilicious!

L: Chicken & Veggie Kabob & broccoli walnut raisin salad.. Yummo!

D: Same as lunch
