Whatcha eating today VSGers...Friday!!
B. Isopure vanilla shake with 1 tbsp PB2 and made with 8 oz of Skim Plus milk and 4 oz of water.
L. Red Robin's children's meal of grilled chicken breast on skewers and (replaced fries with) steamed broccoli
D. Homemade beef brisket, no sauce or gravy, roasted vegetables (cauliflower and brussels sprouts)
S. 1 half dried apricot dipped in semisweet chocolate (very bad choice but I had my family get rid of the rest of it so won't happen again!) now I just want more....
Water: about 45 oz if we count the liquid in the Isopure shake.
other than snack, was a good day. nearly 5 weeks out. hit stall and frustrated, then hosted carb-heavy Passover holiday and ate more carbs than usual this week. Made mostly low-carb foods but the left-overs are calling me. nervous that I'm already making some poor choices!! (sigh!)
PLAIN Vodka's low carb. Try adding flavored ff sf syrup if you want it sweetened over ice
