Best is nothing, second best glass of wine, third best (for me) vodka splash- vodka, club soda, a splash of cranberry juice and a lime.  That's my drink of choice when I drink.

Vodka has the lowest glycemic impact. Bring along some crystal light to mix with it and ask for vodka and water or vodka and soda if you want a little fizz. Mix in my crystal light and you will have whatever you want and low carb.

Or just drink whatever you want, take the hit, and make up for it the next day. I have a wedding on Saturday night and I will be drinking, probably beer. I will be fasting on Sunday because I have noticed the couple times I have had a few drinks that I am very hungry the next day. I will show my system who is the boss and I will be  on track on Monday again.

B - Protein Shake

L - Turkey, Bacon, Cheese and mixed salad w/ vinegar and oil

S - Turkey Jerky

D - Dunno yet, will be traveling, love the challenge of finding something

W - on track but slow today

V - Yep

E - Upper body and Cardio 45 this morning
