I hate posting on my iPad!!! Grrr third time trying to post this.
not a great day for protein but I stuck to mostly good eating habits.
b: an apple and peanut butter
L: last minute work lunch, I had a grilled chicken club sandwich with a side salad. I ate maybe half the sandwich "guts" and not the bread
s: turkey peps and cojack cheese stick
D: Greek food after kickboxing with the hubby!
fluids: need plenty more
vits done
