I eat them straight out of the package.  But they can be nuked for 7-10 seconds to soften them up.

Cake batter protein - Optimum Nutrition Cake Batter.  It's great, but it only comes in 5 lb containers, and I think I've only found it for sale on netrition.com.

B: Protein coffee, 5 slices canadian bacon, 1 string cheese

L: 1/2 Atkins Beef Merlot, few bites of fruit

S: Protein coffee, string cheese, sugar free jello pudding cup

D: 3oz some type of protein, few bites of veggies

Trying to add in more fruits and veggies.  :)

I hate posting on my iPad!!! Grrr third time trying to post this.

not a great day for protein but I stuck to mostly good eating habits.

b: an apple and peanut butter

L: last minute work lunch, I had a grilled chicken club sandwich with a side salad.  I ate maybe half the sandwich "guts" and not the bread

s: turkey peps and cojack cheese stick

D: Greek food after kickboxing with the hubby!

fluids: need plenty more

vits done

X: kickboxing!!
