Hi Guys--I see a lot of posts from people who had surgery many years ago.  I want to know if you feel that you are able to eat what you want albeit super small portions.

Also, have any of you you had your stomach stretch and have you gained weight back?

It's best to start a new thread asking these questions. Your post will probably get lost in this thread.

Its really not as hard as you would think. I was down almost 3lbs (all water weight I am sure) this morning.

A liquid fast isn't a bad idea either. Might want to do it for a few days though. A complete food fast is more for resetting things than anything else. I am sure you can achieve the same thing.

B: Egg White/Unsweetened Almond Milk/Chocolate Protein Shake

S: Walnuts

L: Moms Stuffed Cabbage, mom couldn't quite understand why she couldn't use rice.

S: Turkey Jerky

D: Not sure yet, some simple meat and salad or more Stuffed Cabbage

W: On track

V: Yep

E: C25K tonight (didn't make it last night)

I think you should have more of Mom's stuffed cabbage for dinner. Hell, send of it my way. Yum!

Oh hers is the best too. Of course the no rice might have thrown her off her game. Got 30 mins before my feeding time so we'll see shortly. Not sure how I'm gonna plug this into MFP thought some of her recipes are secret. If my weight is up tomorrow I will know there is something in there that I should have known about that I shouldn't eat.

Thanks for your advice Keith.  I will remember this for tomorrow's breakfast about 30 grams of protein.  I'll at least try to come close!!!

You just have to find some combination that you won't get sick of and is quick and easy to make and easy to get down. I have a couple of things but they always involve some sort of protein shake.

For you a scoop and a half of syntrax nectar vanilla in your coffee might do it. you would need to temper it first as its a bit clumpy. They pack a lot of protein into a small amount.

The 30 in 30 alone will help you lose weight.
