I lost 2.5 pounds this week (the past 3 days) YAY ME!!!! kiss

I REALLY want & plan to be more active on MFP & hold myself accountable.  I haven't been on there for months & the scale reflected just that!!!  KellyAnne sent me a PM & told me to open my food diary so I can be accountable.  I admit, I didn't want to do it but I did because for me at this moment, it's the right thing to do!!!

B: Starbucks Iced Coffee w/SF vanilla syrup, splash of nonfat milk (I know it's not breakfast but I'm not feeling food at the moment)

S: 2oz. teriyaki chicken

L: Chef Salad w/salsa ranch dressing (1 serving size) 

S: either a quest bar or mini sweet peppers w/laughing cow cream cheese wedge

D: chicken breast w/peppers

Water & Vits are on track!!!

Good for you!!!  See what getting rest and eating right will do for you?!?!  If you are to "ashamed" to show it...maybe you shouldn't eat it???

That aside Operation 100% is at Day 11.  The scale and are are making up.  I have a number I WANT on Monday so we shall see.

Exactly!!!  That is why I didn't want to show my diary because I was eating crap.  I admit it!  I own it!! 

I am keeping my fingers crossed for you for your Monday weigh in Ms. Shell.  I hope to be able to say I lost some extra too!

Got a little surprise today that put me in a happy mood!
B-coffee, regular creamer (1T measured)
1 egg, 1/2T turkey bacon bits, 1/8c cheese
L- 1/4 canned chicken breast mixed in 1.5 T buffalo bleu cheese spread on cucumber slices
D- grilled chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, few cherry tomatoes, basil and 1T Italian dressing
S- ???
V-no
W- ok
X- walked 3mi w/my dog
