Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
I lost 2.5 pounds this week (the past 3 days) YAY ME!!!!
I REALLY want & plan to be more active on MFP & hold myself accountable. I haven't been on there for months & the scale reflected just that!!! KellyAnne sent me a PM & told me to open my food diary so I can be accountable. I admit, I didn't want to do it but I did because for me at this moment, it's the right thing to do!!!
B: Starbucks Iced Coffee w/SF vanilla syrup, splash of nonfat milk (I know it's not breakfast but I'm not feeling food at the moment)
S: 2oz. teriyaki chicken
L: Chef Salad w/salsa ranch dressing (1 serving size)
S: either a quest bar or mini sweet peppers w/laughing cow cream cheese wedge
D: chicken breast w/peppers
Water & Vits are on track!!!

Exactly!!! That is why I didn't want to show my diary because I was eating crap. I admit it! I own it!!
I am keeping my fingers crossed for you for your Monday weigh in Ms. Shell. I hope to be able to say I lost some extra too!
