Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!!
Well today I won't be eating (don't get me wrong I am NOT where Keith is with NO food lol) I decided to do a "liquids" day. Then I realized that YESTERDAY was my high carbs day (that's what having a Holiday on a Monday does, throw you off) so I just decided to make today my carbs days and liquids days. I love fruit in my smoothies so here I go. Oh and Operation 100% I see my end of month goal...trying to chase it!!

S: chike protein shake, 100 cal greek yogurt
D: chicken sausage links and some carb probably
Will do a min of 3.5 miles tonight with my "running club" but aiming to do an extra 1-1.5 miles before hand.

Exercise: I'm in a walking boot for 5 more weeks, but I'm going to try the bike at the gym and lift some weights.
