Well today I won't be eating (don't get me wrong I am NOT where Keith is with NO food lol) I decided to do a "liquids" day.  Then I realized that YESTERDAY was my high carbs day (that's what having a Holiday on a Monday does, throw you off) so I just decided to make today my carbs days and liquids days.  I love fruit in my smoothies so here I go.  Oh and Operation 100% I see my end of month goal...trying to chase it!!

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Coffee; Protein Shake
L:  Protein Soup
S:  Protein Shake
D:  Protein Shake

Water:  5/16
Vitamins:  Check 
Exercise:  4 miles on tap

Still not thinking about food.

S: veggie of some kind - maybe asparagus

S: veggie

D: steak and a veggie

V: haven't started yet

Water: 4/12

E: no exercise today. Or, maybe karate if I think I can handle it for 2 days in a row.

I think I want to go back to shakes....I just dont have enough energy doing that.

 

Bk: turkey sausage egg whites

S: rice cakes

L: curry chicken, creamed spinach

S: chike protein shake, 100 cal greek yogurt

D: chicken sausage links and some carb probably

 

Will do a min of 3.5 miles tonight with my "running club" but aiming to do an extra 1-1.5 miles before hand.

Just looking @ all that protein made me full!!

 

B:  shrimp salad w/crackers

L:  salad w/ grill chicken

S:  maybe cottage cheese w/peaches

D:  grill tilapia w/ green beens

Water: about 40oz so far

Vitamins:  "1 horse pill left"

Exercise:   I'm in a walking boot for 5 more weeks, but I'm going to try the bike at the gym and lift some weights.

Well I had an 'unintentional' break so today I start chasing the next 10 lb loss.
It's really hard for me to do 600 cal for very long so I'm going to up it to 700. Maybe I won't feel so deprived then.
