B: 2c coffee (half-caf), 1/2 cup unsweet almond milk, 1/2 scoop Syntrax Mint Cookie, 1 organic boiled egg
L: 2.2oz grass fed steak, 1/2 cup raw snap peas; 2c coffee (half-caf), 0.4 cup unsweet almond, 2TBSP half n half, truvia packet
S: Quest cookie dough bar, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
D: 2.2oz grass fed steak, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 3/4 TBSP Ranch, 0.5oz Gouda cheese
S: protein coffee (like bfast) plus 3 sweet mini peppers with 1.5TBSP whipped cream cheese
W: 12 cups
Vits: yep
Gym: weights and 45 mins walking at 3.5mph with 4% incline
B: Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
L: Turkey taco meat, shredded cheddar and taco sauce
S: Hardboiled Egg
S: Babybel Cheese
D: More turkey taco meat
S: Tera's Whey Dark Chocolate Protein Shake w/PB2
Water: half way there
Vitamins: after dinner
Exercise: Hoping to squeeze in 30 minutes on the treadmill this evening
I kind of feel like cooking today ...maybe mashed cauliflower will work :) Not that I need to eat any more today lol
BK : ****** biscuits and gravy
But the good news is the rest of my lunch bag was promptly filled with pure low cal protein snacks/meals:
- chicken sausage links and egg white muffins - enough to keep me satisfied all day and keep my daily numbers from being atrocious.
I dont know what i'm gonna do for dinner yet though. Hmmmm.
