Ha!  I missed it too so order me a pair of glasses while you're at it.  All I thought was she looks too good to be needing surgery, but to each their own...

Hmmmm good idea, next time I might just add that.  I have a friend who adds a squirt of Ranch Dressing.  I jazzed mine up with chives this time =)

I have used ground turkey and liked it okay, but what I normally use is lean hamburger meat and pork sausage.  I mix that with three eggs, almond flour, onions, garlic, green chile, salt, pepper and any other seasonings I feel like.  LOL  I mix it up quite a bit.  I also put some diced tomatoes and diced bell peppers in when I have them on hand.  A dash of Worcestershire (sp?) sauce, then a bit of tomato sauce on top. Bake in a loaf pan for a couple of hours at 385.  Good stuff!

As for the spaghetti squash, I will prepare meat and marinara sauce as if making spaghetti. While that is cooking, I cut a spaghetti squash in half and take out the seeds and strings.  Bake the squash face down in the oven at 375 for about 40 minutes.  Once it has cooled a bit,  you can take a fork and scrape the squash insides in to a bowl.  The insides come out like strings of spaghetti pasta.  I then put a few drops of olive oil and stir.  From there, you just serve like you normally serve spaghetti.

It's so yummy and good for you.  My 21 year old son says he likes it way more than pasta, and I would have to agree!

Hi Ms. Shell & Happy Tuesday to all!!!

The scale has been going down a pound a day the past couple of days.  I'm going to try my best to stick to plan but I already know I cannot deprive myself or else it backfires ... so here goes!

B: Elina's Black Olive Artichoke Tuna Salad

S: Starbuck's Iced Coffee w/SF Vanilla Syrup, splash of nonfat milk

L: Going to Miss Bobbie's Low Carb Cafe w/my VSG co-worker!  I plan to get a romaine wrap w/turkey & cheddar

S: the rest of my tuna salad if I'm hungry

D: Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino shake w/SF Hershey's syrup & 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk

Water & Vits: on track
