B- Chike protein coffee with 1tsp of sf italian creamer and unsweetend vanilla almond milk
S- PB&J Quest bar
L- Tuna 3 ounces and egg beaters southwest style
S- Proti diet hot cocoa mixed with decaf coffee 1tsp of itallian creamer sf
D- Fajita meat 3 ounces
Water on track for 12 cups
Exercise- Getting ready to go walk outside with my momma :) Im sure it will be an hour long walk about 3 to 3 and half miles. She really keeps me shape lol
Vits- on track need to figure out why the calcium pill is not agreeing with my tummy
I love it, also! I make mine with a bit of plain greek yogurt thrown in! In fact, I am having that tonight!
