Ok. So scratch that. I just googled it.

Looks interesting. Something to consider a bit farther out I think.

I would think 2 or 3 protein drinks wouldn't be low enough in calories to really get the benefits of the 24 hour fast.

It helps with cravings. This is not for someone who is early out. I am 6 months post op and just trying to reset a little bit.

B- Chike protein coffee with 1tsp of sf italian creamer and unsweetend vanilla almond milk

S- PB&J Quest  bar

L- Tuna 3 ounces and egg beaters southwest style

S- Proti diet hot cocoa mixed with decaf coffee 1tsp of itallian creamer sf

D- Fajita meat 3 ounces

Water on track for 12 cups

Exercise- Getting ready to go walk outside with my momma :) Im sure it will be an hour long walk about 3 to 3 and half miles.  She really keeps me shape lol

Vits- on track need to figure out why the calcium pill is not agreeing with my tummy devil

I love it, also!  I make mine with a bit of plain greek yogurt thrown in!  In fact, I am having that tonight!

Today:

B: Protein Shake

S: Almonds Lightly Salted and some Sunflower Seeds

L: Spaghetti Squash with meat and sauce

D: Homemade Green Chile Meatloaf with Mashed Cauliflower and Maybe Some Green Beans
