Whatcha eating today VSGers...Tuesday!!!
I just LOVE "mashed" cauliflower. This is what I do; STEAM large head of cauliflower; add 4 tbsp cream cheese; 1oz grated parmesan cheese (not that powdered stuff); roasted garlic; salt & pepper to taste; mix it using an immersion blender to desired consistence. This is what I DO and it's amazing. I am in LOVE with it.

Vitamins: may have to quit taking them I think they are making me crave more food.
