I just LOVE "mashed" cauliflower.  This is what I do; STEAM large head of cauliflower; add 4 tbsp cream cheese; 1oz grated parmesan cheese (not that powdered stuff); roasted garlic; salt & pepper to taste; mix it using an immersion blender to desired consistence.  This is what I DO and it's amazing.  I am in LOVE with it.

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Pudding
L:  Mahi Mahi; Cabbage Salad
S:  Boiled Egg
D:  Popeyes Thigh; Mashed Cauliflower
S:  Popeyes Leg

Water:  5/16
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  2 miles; then Personal Trainer

L: 3 oz of lean pork chop with a few grilled onions

D: Chili's chicken enchilada soup (cup) 

S: two hard boiled egg whites and a light mozzarella string cheese 

 

Total of 635 cal  29 carbs   55 protein

Vitamins: may have to quit taking them I think they are making me crave more food.

I take 1 multivitamin a day, 1 B-12 1000 mcg., and 1200 mg. of calcium citrate

Sounds a bit fishy to me. Usually cravings mean the opposite, that you are missing something you need. I wonder if it is the Atkins bar that is causing the cravings.
