Well I didn't end the day so well so go back to basics.

Get protein in: they finally have that premier protein at my local store so I don't have to drive to Ft. Worth to get it.

water

exercise 5 days: water aerobics & treadmill Mon.-Fri. PT Tues. + 1 other day. I'll talk to my PT about strengthening & toning exercises I can do.

I also need to do taxes & look for a job. Anyone in the North Texas area know of a job for a RN that's been out of the field for a while & an elementary teacher.

My only real goal is to make it M-F with no more pity parties. I get one more on Saturday and then i'm done and moving on with my life. Sooo no ****** sugar unless its in my greek yogurt or fruit.

My "id like to do these but wont beat myself up if I don't" -

3 run day - one down, one mandatory one on Wednesday, and one I have to pull off over teh weekened - probably sunday since saturday is reserved.

Work on a special "pick me up" project - need to hook up my printer and get some ink.

Where did the weekend go? Oh well, you are right, it is Monday so here goes:

1. Get the d**m taxes started---plan time, gather that paperwork and just do it. I know how, I have just been lazy.

2. Get another garden bed planted---add the compost, turn the soil and go for it.

3. Survive walking/running the bunny run 5k on Saturday---don't try to push faster than I can go, just fini****

4. Shop for some work clothes...again, I can't believe I'm about to type this...my size 8's are to big---heading to thrift stores after the bunny run.
