Busy, busy, busy....getting my house in order for surgery on Tuesday!
B/L: BA Vanilla protein shake, 4 oz water, 4 oz almond milk
Early D: 2 chicken tenderloins and 10 shrimp, marinated in 5 spice marinade and dipping sauce and grilled. 1 c. brussel sprouts oven roasted in EVOO, salt and pepper (yummy!). 1 small piece Italian Bread (total food funeral...I'm gonna miss Italian bread and decided to have one piece tonight).
Need to get at least one more shake in tonight.
V: Done
W: 70/100 oz so far
E: Not today, but have been heavy duty cleaning, cooking, food shopping all day long. Going to the gym tomorrow.
