I'll be back to post mine, still working on my plan 100% for the next 2 days and my lunch for the week! My plan today is to get in at least a gallon of water. Feeling a little "dry" so upping it.

Lazy day, watching the Buckeyes game and watching it SNOW!
I got up late and I ate Beef Jerky and have been working on a 24 ounce Seattle's Best Hazelnut coffee.
I'm planning to have a protein shake after the game for lunch then grabbing a bottle of Fruit 2 O
For dinner, not sure yet but another plain bottle of water.

B: Protein coffee shake
S: raw broccoli, 1 tbsp ranch dressing
L: tuna salad, made with mayo, pickles and onions
S: peanuts - we're going to a movie and I still associate food (more like candy and other crap) with movies, so I am taking peanuts with me
D: Hamburger no bun with pickles and mustard, peanuts
S: a veggie of some kind - maybe more raw broccoli
V: done
Water: behind at only 5/12
exercise: did 45 min of shoveling snow
I'm at work 11-11pm so, all my food is here with me (not sure what order I'm eating them in):
- Premiere Protein Shake
- cheese string
- pepperette
- total of 3oz chicken
- 1/2 Tblsp 1/2 fat Hellman's
- 1/4 cup Swiss Chalet dipping sauce
- 1/4 cup edamame beans
- 1/8 cup mixed nuts
- 1/8 cup blueberries
Loads of water!
TOTALS: Ptotein-93gr, Calories-690, Carbs-18gr, Fat-??
Hopefully I will actually end up eating all of this!

L burger patty, cheese, veggies
D pizza toppings (no crust, don't yell at me! LOL!)
S Jerky, cheese, whatever
Water and vitamins are on track. Nose back firmly on grindstone. Let's finish this **** already.

D: 1/4 filet of talapia cooked in 1tbsp of olive oil
S: Part skim string cheese, low fat

W: 24 of 72 ounces down...on track
E: Not released, however, I am cleaning and working around the house today with light ankle weights
