Weekly goals let's go!! THURSDAY CHECK IN!!!

Here's your goals link

1) OPERATION 100%:  I LOVE my WLS tool of choice and the fact that WHEN I am on program I have 98% of NO PHYSICAL HUNGER, that 2% is HEAD hunger which at times CAN feel like 98%.  And yesterday it reared it's ugly head in the form of a sweet tooth.  So luckily I had some Roadside Lemonade chilling in the freezer, so I grabbed it and all was good.  Last night I made this custard pudding this and yeah all was good today!!  I have my meals planned and activity for Friday and Saturday (2 of my 4 off days).  My goal is to have the other days planned on Friday in my head including what I plan to cook for lunches/dinners next week.  Let's go!!

2) 14 CUPS OF WATER:  Oh yeah I've been sloshing around town and going to bed with my water bottle to make sure I get it in!!

3) WORKOUT 5 DAYS:  3 days are in the cooler with Friday and Saturday on tap!!

I'm doing decent for 2 out of the 3.  The one major one for me was being positive.  Damn, it just feels so much better to look on the bright side of things lately.

Doesn't it just make you FEEL better to be positive!!!  Literally when I'm having a bad day and I just smile at myself and think happy thoughts I start to feel better =)

Seriously Ms. Shell, thank you for making me snap out of my funk!!!!! 

As I struggle to take off the few pounds I've gained, I am so happy to feel & look good still.  I don't take this **** for granted!!!

Damn! I forgot I said ten minutes twice a day. I thought it was once a day.
Was going well until today. That might be why I'm a little hungry too.

Thanks for posting. My goals for this week.

M/W/F gym (when I work that hard, I don't want to undo it with a snack)

Vitamins daily (been slack; not good!)

Logging all food on SparkPeople (funny how logging it shapes my choices? Duh.)

Water (bottle's gotta be empty before I leave work tonight)
