Weekly goals let's go!! THURSDAY CHECK IN!!!
1) OPERATION 100%: I LOVE my WLS tool of choice and the fact that WHEN I am on program I have 98% of NO PHYSICAL HUNGER, that 2% is HEAD hunger which at times CAN feel like 98%. And yesterday it reared it's ugly head in the form of a sweet tooth. So luckily I had some Roadside Lemonade chilling in the freezer, so I grabbed it and all was good. Last night I made this custard pudding this and yeah all was good today!! I have my meals planned and activity for Friday and Saturday (2 of my 4 off days). My goal is to have the other days planned on Friday in my head including what I plan to cook for lunches/dinners next week. Let's go!!
2) 14 CUPS OF WATER: Oh yeah I've been sloshing around town and going to bed with my water bottle to make sure I get it in!!
3) WORKOUT 5 DAYS: 3 days are in the cooler with Friday and Saturday on tap!!
