B: mint cookie shake (yes, I know I've had this everyday for like 3 months now but I love them!)
S: egg white omelette w/ havarti, peppers and onions and 1 turkey sausage patty
L: corned beef (it's almost gone-maybe only 2 more meals left)
S: maybe a cheese stick
D: chicken burger
S: veggies and hummus

vits: just the calcium
water: 64oz done but hoping to get to 100oz
exercise: walked 3 miles

l: chicken monterrey (skinless chicken breast topped with cheese, grilled onion and tomato) and refried beans

d:  Greek yogurt w/Smuckers sf strawberry jelly; edamame

s:  ?

water - on track

vites - done

exercise - hoping to be taken off restriction at follow-up with surgeon today and, if so, I'm heading for the treadmill tonight.  Woohoo!

B: Half a Syntrax Chocolate Truffle Protein shake with almond milk -- couldn't get it down this morning + SF Jello

L: Chicken stir fry

S: Hard boiled egg

D: Chicken stir fry

S: Strawberries

Aargh...crazy day...one more day of work and then off for my surgery :)  They're making me pay for it in work though lol! 

B:  BA vanilla protein shake, 4 oz water, 4 oz almond milk

L:  BA Chocolate protein shake, 4 oz water, 4 oz almond milk

D:  ???  I cooked all week so far.

Vits: OK

Ex: ??  Think I"m going to the gym again!

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.
