Operation 100% Day 4 = All is going well.  I had some TOUCH AND GO MOMENTS yesterday WANTING something sweet, so I RAN to my Roadside Lemonade (protein shake) that was chilling in the freezer.  THEN since I had these boiled eggs I made this "Protein Pudding" (recipe linked below) and so ALL is back well in my life =)

B:  Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein; Flax Meal; Beat Greens)
S:  Coffee; Protein Pudding (kinda taste like a custard)
L:  Mahi Mahi; Cabbage Salad
S:  Egg Salad
D:  Corned Beef; Cabbage
S:  Chicken Burger Patty
Calories 1,141 ~ Protein 117 ~ Carbs 46 ~ Fat 64 ~ Fiber 21

Water:  4/14
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Rest Day

This week has been pretty good for me as well. Hope I can make it last! I have now lost 10 pounds this year so far. I am pretty happy about that. Just 30 or so more to go!

L: Salad with chicken
D: Again, I do not have a plan for dinner yet. I am planning to actually cook something tonight though. Maybe some steak and veggies.

Water is going okay today. Not as great as my past two days but not bad at all.

Will be going out of town tomorrow. Going to three concerts this weekend so that will be a challenge! but I got this!

Stomach is very queasy today so I am keeping it simple

B: just coffee, i know not good to skip breakfast, just wasn't hungry
L: low carb torilla wrap, 2 pieces of mrs. paul's fish portions, broccoli slaw
(my version of fish tacos, lol)
D: not sure, probably a protein shake, getting warm in louisiana already, lol.

I did fine with breakfast - protein shake

Then I was in an all day meeting that provided lunch boxes. I took the roasted chicken OUT of my sandwich and just ate it but then i ate the giant chocolate chip cookie that was in it, along with .5 oz of chips.
