Operation 100% Day 4 = All is going well. I had some TOUCH AND GO MOMENTS yesterday WANTING something sweet, so I RAN to my Roadside Lemonade (protein shake) that was chilling in the freezer. THEN since I had these boiled eggs I made this "Protein Pudding" (recipe linked below) and so ALL is back well in my life =)
B: Protein Shake (Almond Milk; Protein; Flax Meal; Beat Greens)
S: Coffee; Protein Pudding (kinda taste like a custard)
L: Mahi Mahi; Cabbage Salad
S: Egg Salad
D: Corned Beef; Cabbage
S: Chicken Burger Patty

Exercise: Rest Day

This week has been pretty good for me as well. Hope I can make it last! I have now lost 10 pounds this year so far. I am pretty happy about that. Just 30 or so more to go!

Water is going okay today. Not as great as my past two days but not bad at all.
