Almost 1 Year Out/Question??
Well I'm just about 1 year out on 4/23/13. Hard to believe... I'm down about 165 pounds so far!! My question to those of you that are that far out do you find that you can eat a little more than 4 oz at a time? HOW MANY SNACKS DO YOU DO IN A DAY?? I'm just curious sometimes I feel I can and others I cant depends on what I'm eating. I don't know weather its that time of month (TMI) that makes me "think" I need more or crave more or just crave junk but am I alone in this? I know how far I have come and I know I NEVER want to go back but some days its harder than others.
I'm going to the gym 5-6 days a week and I'm just wondering in order to lose the last few pounds Maybe I do need to up my calories but with protein not snack food. I see my Doc and Nut on 4/23 so I have a few more weeks to try and figure this out any help would be great! :)

Beyond Goal
I will be 1 year out on 4/10, so we are basically at the same place. I eat 6 times per day. For example here is my today menu:
B: Protein coffee (coffee with 1 scoop Syntrax nectar chocolate truffle powder, 1 SF creamer, splash of almond milk)
S: 2 slices deli roast beef & 1 slice cheese
L: 1/3 of an Atkins frozen dinner
S: 2 slices deli chicken & 1 slice cheese
D: 3.5 oz Rotisserie chicken
S: Pistachios
This will get me right around 830 calories, 100 protein and 25ish carbs. I have found that the weight is really slow coming off now. I have been stalled out for about 6 weeks now. I exercise about 4-5 times per week.
Hang in there - do what you are doing - it obviously works - Great job on the 165 lbs!!!
I'm almost two years out and about a year at goal. I eat three meals a day, 2 oz. protein breakfast and lunch and 3 oz. protein at dinner. I eat snacks between each meal. I'm not sure about what to do to stop a stall. I'll let others speak to that.
Here's a typical day for me:
Breakfast: 1 slice bread, two slices lunchmeat, Soy Latte
Snack: 1/2 bananna
Lunch: 1/2 cup chili (Imake my own), 1 cup salad with 1 Tablespoon salad dressing
Afternoon snack: piece of fruit and some pretzels
Dinner: 3 oz. protein, 1/2 cup veggies, 1/3 cup starch such as potato, rice, or noodles
Before bed snack: 1/2 cup greek yogurt with berries, graham cracker
