Hehe I love Tuesday (wonder why lol). Thanks to everyone who is continuing to motivate me, add their words of advice and overall just virtually loving me and allowing me to bare my soul. You help me and I hope I help you!! Today I am giving Keiths advice, I'm upped my carbs and will go hard on my treadmill and PT session tonight. Tomorrow I will reduce my carbs. I will do this every Tues/Wed for at least the next few weeks. I have also increased my fiber to 25g (been averaging 20+). I have also decided to bring BACK my evening snack. I always want to eat something right before bed, which I TRY to fight but 95% of the time I fail miserably and toss something into my face. So effective during Operation 100% I will PLAN an evening snack.
B: Protein Shake (Almond/Coconut Milk; Spinach; Fruit; Flax Meal)
S: Coffee; Atkins Blueberry Square
L: Mahi Mahi; Cabbage Salad
S: Deli Ham Slices
D: Popeyes Thigh; Cabbage Salad
S: Popeyes Leg
Nutrition as planned Calories 1,256; Protein 107; Carbs 91; Fat 60; Fiber 24
Water: 4/14
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: Treadmill 2 miles; Personal Trainer Session

L: atkins mushroom meatloaf
S: 100 cal greek yogurt
D: hopefully i'll manage to cook up some fish or something, otherwise....turkey sandwich
E: would love to try and get a run in, but between complete exhaustion and back pain, not sure i'll manage.

B: Chike coffee shake made with 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk and water
L: 1/2 cup Campbells green pea soup
S: Bottle of magnesium citrate for surgery prep
D: Butternut squash bisque
S: Probably a popsicle, maybe some more soup
Liquids: Um, yeah, just fine.
Vits: Half done, will finish when I get home.
Exercise: Not today.
