I am kinda depressed at the moment. At my nutritionist visit last week I was told I am way too low on calories, fat, carbs. I was expecting that. She wanted me up to 800 calories/35g carbs/33g fat. I almost fell off my chair and then negotiated the calories down to 750, but I'm having trouble even making it to 700. Same struggle with carbs and fat. Absolutely simultaneous to attempting to follow my new instructions, I started what appears to be my first genuine stall -- oh, joy. Part of the problem is that I can't trust my @#)$#(% scale, which will give me three different readings if I get on it three times in a row. I have a new scale on order, so at least I attacked that problem. These higher nutritional amounts have me spooked, though, especially since I don't THINK I have lost any weight since I started them, whereas I was losing in regular steps before that. Anyone care to talk me down from the ledge, so to speak? :)
