Isopure - 2 Scoops or Not 2 Scoops. That Is The Question.

Okay.  So this might be a dumb question but I'm not sure so I had to ask.  On the Isopure Zero Carb container it says that 1 serving is 2 scoops.  The scoop seemed so large that I didn't know if 1 of the scoops was really 2 or if I had to actually do 2 scoops?  2 scoops just seemed like too much.  Again I apologize if this is a dumb question.  I know I over think things a lot so I'm sure this is one of the times that I'm over thinking.

go by your personal taste. I have the isopure coffee/espresso, I use 2 scoops but I use about 16oz of water instead of the suggested 12oz. Find the right strength for you would be my suggestion.

If you only use one scoop you only get half of the serving size in protein. I'm sure you knew that. To get 25 g of protein with my gnc I have to use two scoops.

Just checked my container, 2 scoops = 210 cals and 50 g protein.  I use 8 ozs almond coconut milk, 1 scoop and a few ice cubes for 150 cals/25 protein.  Try both or one and see what you like.
