Ms. Shell,

Just wondering if you measure yourself on a regular basis. Are inches leaving, but the weight is staying the same? You are doing some serious workouts and I wonder if your body is good at building muscle. So, I'm just wondering if your clothes are feeling looser or if you maybe measure.

B: Protein coffee shake

S: 1/2 serving almonds

L: hamburger no bun with mustard and pickles, peanuts

S: 1/2 serving almonds

S: protein bar - yuck ... I will learn some day

D: going out for dinner. Not sure where. But, I have a hankering for salmon and grilled asparagus

Workout - none

Vitamins - done

Water - 11/14 done
