something small and low cal for diner

jello for snake plus some cuties

Thanks Ms Shell...this got my butt moving to plan my dinner tonight...I'm going to be running around again!

B: BA Vanilla Protein Shake

L: BA Chocolate Protein Shake

D: Chorizo, egg and reduced fat mozz cheese, side of sauteed zucchini and onions. (pulled that out of my back pocket lol!)

S:  BA Vanilla Protein Shake

Water: About 30 oz so far, goal still 100!

Vits: All but multis...taking them with lunch

Ex: Yes...gym tonight!  Rushing home from work, make/eat dinner, to to gym, then son has an all-star b-ball game at 7:00 then going down to my friend's house for kind of an open mike/hang out night.  Bringing my big jug o water spiked with crystal light & drinking it out of a wine glass lol!

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

TGIF!! Hollah! And I reached goal today, so feeling pretty darn great. broken heart

B: Click shake made w/ 8 oz. almond milk, 4 oz. water

S: 3/4 of a protein bar

L: Probably some leftover chopped chicken salad

D: Been craving deviled eggs, WTH right? So hopefully some deviled eggs and a veggie of some kind.

S: Cottage cheese or GY

Liquids: Working on it. 

Vits: Half done. 

Exercise: On a hiatus until March 27. Will explain in a later post.

B:  Dannon, light & fit greek vanilla, with a 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder mixed in, and some raspberry torini sf

S: no

L: 1/2 cup tuna salad

D: last piece of potato-less shepards pie tonight

S: peanut butter

Liquids: on track for at least 100oz ( 54 down so far)

Vits: done

Exercise: at least 30 min on treadmill, and going line dancing tonight, it's been a few weeks..yeeehaaaa

Happy Friday peeps!

B: half vanilla almond crunch quest bar

L: stuffed cabbage casserole (still trying to fini**** off lol)

S: prob the other half of my quest bar

D: traveling to my friend's house in CT tonight for a girl's weekend!  We are doing taco night tonight so that's easy :)

S: probably something bad because I'm with my girls but I will try not to lol

Water: drinking a cup now!  I'll get a bottle of water for the train

Vits: I ran out of calciums and didn't have a chance to get more :(

X: HOOFING it with my suitcase AND an aero bed around the subway to grand central to metro north to amtrak to CT!  LOL  Then hoofing it more tomorrow at the outlets and the casino with my girls!!!  Lots of walking and hefting things lol
