How do you make your breadless tuna melt?  That sounds good! :)

I just take tuna mixed with either mayo or Greek yogurt (depends on my mood), cheddar cheese, diced onion and bell pepper, salt, pepper and whatever other seasonings I have on hand.  Put it in the toaster oven to get it warm and melty, then mound it on some tomato slices.  Quick, easy and tasty!

mini-meal: Green smoothie (spinach and cookies and cream protein powder with almond milk)

Breakfast: center cut bacon/egg/cheese on 50 calorie mini pita with sugar free apricot preserves

Lunch:3 oz tilapia with broccoli

mini-meal:4 oz greek yogurt with chia seeds/granola/strawberries

Dinner-more tilapia and broccoli

mini-meal: maybe couple cups of stovetop popped popcorn

I'm SO TIRED today...been running around a lot this week.  Seems like an afternoon cup o' joe is in order.

B: an apple...forgot my greek yogurt dip :(

L: stuffed cabbage casserole

S: going to find something protein filled at work

D: not sure, hubby is away and I don't really feel like cooking.  Might just pick up a rotisserie chicken or something.

S: SF popsicles

X: second 32oz cup

Vits: need two more

X: ugh, I'm tireddddddd.  Will try to do something at home tonight.

L: 3/4 Amylu chicken burger (I'm actully pissed they made them bigger-more protein but more carbs and calories and too big to eat the whole thing. What am I going to do w/ the 1/4 that's left over?)

Exercise - my legs are trashed, im tired and sore, but ive got a 3 mi run scheduled at lunch and a quick swim to earn my happy hour treats :)
