mini-meal: Green smoothie (spinach and cookies and cream protein powder with almond milk)
Breakfast: center cut bacon/egg/cheese on 50 calorie mini pita with sugar free apricot preserves
Lunch:3 oz tilapia with broccoli
mini-meal:4 oz greek yogurt with chia seeds/granola/strawberries
Dinner-more tilapia and broccoli
mini-meal: maybe couple cups of stovetop popped popcorn

I'm SO TIRED today...been running around a lot this week. Seems like an afternoon cup o' joe is in order.

D: not sure, hubby is away and I don't really feel like cooking. Might just pick up a rotisserie chicken or something.

Exercise - my legs are trashed, im tired and sore, but ive got a 3 mi run scheduled at lunch and a quick swim to earn my happy hour treats :)
