Morning Coffee is a must today even though I feel pretty good & rested. I just crave a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning sometimes!!!

D: Going to a restaurant/bar to see hubby play, so 3-4 oz lean protein, 1 c leafy veggie & have to see if I can find 1/2 c of whole grain (if not I'll just bump up the leafy veggie I guess!).

W: Not doing so hot with water because I didn't have my bottle in my meeting this morning, but drinking it now! Still want to make my 100 oz goal!

E: Was going to try & go to gym tonight, but hubby playing early (5:30-8:30) and my friend is going early, so I will skip tonight but definitely go tomorrow, sat & sun!
