S:  Coffee; 2oz Jalapeno Spam
L:  Mahi Mahi; Spinach Salad
S:  Chicken Vegetable Soup
S:  Glass of Wine or Vodka Cranberry
D:  Pork Roast

Water:  5/14
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Rest

Morning Coffee is a must today even though I feel pretty good & rested.  I just crave a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning sometimes!!!

B: Barbacoa

S: Soy Sauce & Wasabi Almonds

L: Barbacoa (I'm finishing these leftovers today!)

S: Sweet Mini Peppers & Jalapeno string cheese

D: 1/2 Chef Salad

Good morning!

B: BA protein shake

L: BA Protein Shake

D: Going to a restaurant/bar to see hubby play, so 3-4 oz lean protein, 1 c leafy veggie & have to see if I can find 1/2 c of whole grain (if not I'll just bump up the leafy veggie I guess!).

S: BA Protein Shake

W: Not doing so hot with water because I didn't have my bottle in my meeting this morning, but drinking it now!  Still want to make my 100 oz goal!

V: Working on it now

E: Was going to try & go to gym tonight, but hubby playing early (5:30-8:30) and my friend is going early, so I will skip tonight but definitely go tomorrow, sat & sun!

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

B: Iced Click shake made w/ 8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 4 oz. water

L: 100 calorie Yoplait key lime GY

D: Rotisserie chicken breast, steamed veggie

S: Cottage cheese w/ cinnamon, 1 tsp. organic Maine honey and vanilla Torani

Liquids: Plugging away. 

Vits: Half done. 

Exercise: Not today.

B - Egg White and Syntrax Nectar Peach Shake with unsweetened coconut milk (I do not recommend this)

S - Turkey Jerky (I am very hungry today for some reason)

L - Sausage and Peppers

S - Laughing Cow Light Swiss Wedge

D - Thursday is usually Thai night. Probably some Thai Beef Salad

W - Killing it Today. On my 3rd bottle and its not even noon

V - Yep

E - C25K Week 3 Day 3 tonight

G - Got a decent night sleep, no veggies yet but will with lunch and dinner, snacking today, looks good

To be fair I've never had it. Just something about meat in a can that bothers me. I have a problem with tuna too.
