B- cold leftover steak from last nights dinner
S- A few raw veggies and balsamic vinegar dip
L- (late lunch) Crab legs baked in oven (makes my house stink but so worth it!)
D- Taco meat and cheese wrapped in a romaine lettuce shell.
Water: Working on it!
Vitamins: Threw them up this AM but retook them later spaced out with food. (It's the iron that gets me sometimes!)
Workout: Week two Couch to 5k done! (45 mins on the treadmill walk/run)

D: going out for my girlfriend's birthday. Thankfully it is a latin american/cuban restaurant so I'm planning on this roasted chicken dish they serve. yum
S: who knows, hopefully I won't be bad but I'm gonna be out with my girlfriend's :X
