Last night I set an appointment to go to bed at 11 and I slept until 6:30 and dozed until 7. I feel so much better today that I am like a different man. It was worth it. I am going to try it again tonight because I am far more productive today than I was yesterday with 3 hours of sleep.

Holy crap, 1/2 marathon...you ROCK!! You and that SSB are gettin' DOWN and I love it!

 

B: 2 cups coffee, 1/3 cup un-sweet almond milk, 1 scoop Syntrax Simply Vanilla

L: Spinach salad c grilled chicken, mushroom, cucumber, 0.8TBSP Ranch

S: Same as lunch plus a cup of coffee with sugar-free Italian Sweet Cream & almond milk, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (in shell)

D: 2oz chicken breast , 1/4 of an avocado, 1TBSP sour cream, 2TBSP salsa, 1/4 cup cheese

S: Coffee with almond milk and Caramel Torani
