Good Wednesday morning!!!  So I've got some goals MAYBE I should start the goals thread (I will look for my next post).  This week starts my 12 week countdown to my FIRST half marathon of 2013...smh

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Coffee; Quest Lemon Pie
L:  Mahi Mahi; Spinach Salad
S:  Chicken Vegetable Soup
D:  Pork Roast (that I put in the crock pot last night my house smelled divine); Roasted Cauliflower

Water:  4/16
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Cross Train = Kettlebells

G - Got a good nights sleep, snacking today, exercising every day,  can't remember my other goal right now.

I'm officially in pre-op diet now...so can I do this?  Lol, love this post!

B:  Bariatric Advantage protein shake with 4 oz No sugar added almond milk and 4 oz water.

L: Bariatric Advantage protein shake with 4 oz No sugar added almond milk and 4 oz water.

D: 3 oz pork tenderloin, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup spinach

S: Bariatric Advantage protein shake with 4 oz No sugar added almond milk and 4 oz water.

Vits: Took calcium and B12, Taking multi's soon.

Ex: Going to gym tonight.  Either aqua zumba or eliptical/weights.

Wat: 40 oz so far. Goal is 100 (hit it yesterday)

Jenn   Highest weight: 278. Starting weight: 275. Surgery weight: 253. Month 1: 25 lbs. Month 2: 8.8 lbs. Month 3: 12.6 lbs. Month 4: 7 lbs. Onederland 7/29/2013. Month 5: 7 lbs. Month 6: 5 lbs. Months 7-9: self-induced maintenance, then 5 lb gain.

I got a little over 6 hours of sleep last night which was a better night for me.  Hopefully I can get at least the same tonight! yes

For me to maintain my weight about 1200 calories a day since I'm not on a workout regimen.  If I could get my lazy butt up to move around I might be able to consume a couple more hundred calories.  I've been trying to take off a few pounds that I've gained the past couple of months but I keep derailing.  I'm just trying to take things day by day and do the best I can.  I always have great intentions of keeping my calories around 700-800 a day when I need to drop a few but it's been harder for me lately since I haven't been sleeping much.  Late nights = late night eating ... not good.  I've been moving & going thru some personal issues that have been keeping me up at night.  The dust is starting to settle a bit so I'm trying to get my life a little more in order so I can start taking care of myself again.  That will include a short 28 minute workout DVD of 30 Day Shred.
