I got a little over 6 hours of sleep last night which was a better night for me. Hopefully I can get at least the same tonight!

For me to maintain my weight about 1200 calories a day since I'm not on a workout regimen. If I could get my lazy butt up to move around I might be able to consume a couple more hundred calories. I've been trying to take off a few pounds that I've gained the past couple of months but I keep derailing. I'm just trying to take things day by day and do the best I can. I always have great intentions of keeping my calories around 700-800 a day when I need to drop a few but it's been harder for me lately since I haven't been sleeping much. Late nights = late night eating ... not good. I've been moving & going thru some personal issues that have been keeping me up at night. The dust is starting to settle a bit so I'm trying to get my life a little more in order so I can start taking care of myself again. That will include a short 28 minute workout DVD of 30 Day Shred.
