So far just coffee & half a protein bar.
Working from home so there is healthy stuff here.
L chicken & Brussels sprouts (used to hate them) I put a little fresh grated parm on them & a little butter
S doubtful. Don't seem to be hungry today. Love it when that happens.
D pizza soup.
W not really but will get going
V just need calcium
X no healing from misaligned spinal adjustments.

Turkey sausage crumble and egg white omelet. Sprinkle of shredded cheese
L- chicken breast and cucumber salad w/cucumber dressing
D- fajita chicken salad- fajita chicken strips over romaine lettuce, 1T salsa, 1T Fage Greek yogurt
S- 1/4c cottage cheese, diced strawberry and tsp sf strawberry preserve
V- yes
W- good
X- walk dog 3.2mi
