I love that when I come back it's for Popeye's Tuesday lol!!!  Sorry I've been MIA but when I'm not AT my work computer I forget =)

B:  Protein Shake (water=BLECH; Protein; Spinach; Carrot; Flax Meal)
S:  Coffee; 1/3 Quest Lemon Pie bar  = I'm back...the sweet Nectar of the God's sucked me back in
L:  Mahi Mahi; Spinach Salad
S:  1 Quest Peanut Butter Cup (it was HORRID); South Beach Drink Mix
D:  Popeyes Leg & Thigh

Water:  14/14
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  3.25 Miles; Personal Trainer Workout

B: Chike shake (I got my tub from Amazon yesterday!)

L: Barbacoa w/a little cilantro & onions, sprinkle of fresco queso

S: cherry greek nonfat yogurt

D: Syntrax Nectar Cappuccino Latte protein shake

Water & Vits: doing it now

Exercise: I'm gonna try to do something tonight!

B: Coffee, 3 turkey sausage & cheese egg bites

L: Club Lettuce Wrap ****burg lettuce leaf, light mayo, half of a small tomato, couple slices of bacon, and some of the oscar mayer carving deli chicken) 

S: 3 deviled eggs (So 1.5 eggs, if I can eat it all)

D: Baked Swai 2oz with a little tartar sauce and some kind of green veggie.

I have really been MIS from this post  - just busy busy at work.

L: 1 and 1/2 Chicken Cordon Ble' rollatini (www.theworldaccodingtoeggface.com)  just couldn't finish the other one.

D: - probably potato-less shepards pie

Exercise - at least 30 min on treadmill tonight

Yucky rainy weather in NYC.  Blah, where is the spring sunshine?!

B: half a quest cinnamon roll bar

L: stuffed cabbage casserole from skinnytaste.com

S: cojack cheese stick and some turkey pepperoni, maybe a small fuji apple

D: going to mom's  I think she's making spaghetti and pork cutlets blah.  I may just eat half a pork cutlet with some salad and maybe have a little cabbage casserole when I get home later tonight.

S: SF popsicles

Fluid: so so bad today. 

Vits: two more calciums

Rough, rough couple weeks. But I'm back kiss

B: Glass of orange juice followed by a Starbucks tall skinny peppermint mocha

S: Fresh diced pineapple

L: Salad w/ diced egg and shredded cheese, low-cal dressing, 3 pepperonis with mozzarella and sauce (my version of pizza)

S: Diet coke (say what?, I know, but I'm trying to be totally honest) 

D: No ambition right now, so probably cottage cheese

S: eh...probably 0% Chobani w/ Torani if I'm feeling hungry at all, or cheese cubes

Liquids: Working on it. 

Vits: Will take when I get home. 

Exercise: Off day, going to the gym tomorrow morning.

5am breakfast - yummmmmy breakfast burrito (i found this great 50 cal tortilla, egg whites, turkey sausage, cheese, salsa)

B: 1/2 chike protein shake

D: protein shake of some kind (can't go home till 7-8ish)

Late D/S: left over beef stew

 

Kicking off the official 1/2 marathon training session with 3 miles on the TM at lunch - some kind of run/walk intervals until I get back in shape.
