D: Baked Swai 2oz with a little tartar sauce and some kind of green veggie.

Rough, rough couple weeks. But I'm back
B: Glass of orange juice followed by a Starbucks tall skinny peppermint mocha
S: Fresh diced pineapple
L: Salad w/ diced egg and shredded cheese, low-cal dressing, 3 pepperonis with mozzarella and sauce (my version of pizza)
S: Diet coke (say what?, I know, but I'm trying to be totally honest)
D: No ambition right now, so probably cottage cheese
S: eh...probably 0% Chobani w/ Torani if I'm feeling hungry at all, or cheese cubes
Liquids: Working on it.
Vits: Will take when I get home.
Exercise: Off day, going to the gym tomorrow morning.

Kicking off the official 1/2 marathon training session with 3 miles on the TM at lunch - some kind of run/walk intervals until I get back in shape.
