Why do you need the app when I just tell you what to do :) I love the app but I think I still have the original spreadsheet i sent you with the schedule on there if you want it. Or buy the app - I like it not only for the schedule but I can track all my runs there and it calculates total miles on a little log for me and my avg pace per run - it's nice to look through and see that im improving in time/distance/pace - but i need visual reminders like that sometimes.
The only thing I am glad is that starting out the "long run" of 4 miles this weekend isnt as daunting as it was last time around...I thought that was going to be the end of me!
