Thank goodness I have a freezer full of barigoodfood.com's stuff. Today has been nonstop and I need to go to the grocery store - my fridge has cheese, mayo and ketchup in it right now. LOL!

Vitamins and water are done... and so am I. Just done. I wonder if I have enough calories for a stiff drink?

I haven't lost any weight in a week. I just know my body is getting ready to shed some fat! Doing everything I can to make that happen.

D: salmon and sugar snap peas
Water- goal 12 cups today (I had 14 cups yesterday)

If my chike order doesnt arrive today, I might be screwed for tomorrow! I can live off 600 calories as long as its 600 calories worth of chike iced coffee protein shakes. Today is day 4 of this nonsense...going strong!

Egg white and turkey sausage crumbles 1/3c
L- 4 grilled nuggets from chik-fil-a
D- 1/3c LF cottage cheese mixed with 2oz Laura lean gr beef (taco style)
S- either more cottage cheese w/ 1 diced strawberry or a quest bar. I'm sure ill have a 2nd cup of coffee too.
V- y
X- 40min run (3.6mi) and 35min dog walk (2.4mi)
