Whatcha eating today VSGers...Thursday!!!
You just reminded me that I still have a box and a half of those things in my freezer from preop and early postop days. Think I'll chuck them because I'd rather invest those calories in something else.
B: 2 cups coffee, 2TBSP half n half, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 scoop Syntrax Mint Cookie
L: 2oz salmon, 1/2 cup asparagus, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (in shells)
S: 1 cup coffee like above but no protein powder, Vanilla Almond Quest bar (the fiber is working wonders for me!!)
D: 2oz grass fed sirloin, 1/2 cup cauliflower mash
S: probably tea with almond milk and Stevia, maybe some cheese if hungry
W: should get to 10 cups
Vits: on track
Gym: off last 2 weeks for knee pain and adjusting to lower carb (
What I ate yesterday:
B: Protein coffee shake
S: almonds (28 counted - one serving)
L: Japanese mustard chicken and steamed veggies
S: GCS, SF Chai Tea latte made at home
D: Roast
S: almonds 28 counted
Took extra Vit C yesterday. Family is sick and I don't want to get it
13/8 oz glasses of water
No exercise this week so far. Hurt my neck last week and am not healing like I did when I was in my 20's and 30's.
Have not participated in a while. How is everyone?
